These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and ElevPay LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its principal office at 8200 NW 41st Street, 2nd Floor, Doral, FL 33166, United States ("Elev Studio," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing this website or purchasing any Elev Studio digital product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase our products.
Elev Studio creates and sells digital design-education products — including e-books, guides, and structured courses such as The Brand Identity Method, Social Media Design Playbook, The Designer's Toolkit, Design Fundamentals, The Portfolio Blueprint, The Presentation Design Blueprint, and The Weekly Design Sprint — delivered electronically.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase our products. By making a purchase, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
All products sold by Elev Studio are digital, delivered electronically, and licensed — not sold — to you. Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the product for your own personal, non-commercial, educational purposes.

Elev Studio products are educational in nature. Nothing on this website or in any Elev Studio product constitutes professional, legal, or business advice, and no client relationship is created by your purchase or use of our materials.
We do not guarantee any specific professional or commercial outcome, such as clients, jobs, or audience growth. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your own effort, practice, and the market you work in.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors; Elev Studio does not directly store your full payment card details. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for any taxes applicable to your purchase.
Monthly memberships. Elev Studio Tools and Elev Studio All Access are subscriptions that renew automatically every month. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method the listed monthly price on each renewal date until you cancel. You may cancel at any time by contacting us through our Contact page; cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. If we change a membership price, we will notify you by email before the new price applies to your next renewal.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
All content on this website and within our products — including text, graphics, logos, course structure, and methodology — is the property of ElevPay LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. No rights are transferred to you except the limited license described in Section 4.
If we provide you with access credentials or a private download link, you are responsible for keeping them confidential and for all activity associated with them. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ElevPay LLC and its members, managers, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits — arising from your use of, or inability to use, our website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Our products and website are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your own country or state of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the website or our products after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
