For any one-time purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase date, no detailed explanation required. We stand behind the quality of our content and want you to feel confident buying from us.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us through our Contact page and include:

  • The email address used for the purchase;
  • The name of the product purchased;
  • The approximate date of purchase.

We aim to confirm every refund request within 2 business days.

4. When Refunds May Be Declined

We may decline a refund request if:

  • The request is made after the 7-day window has closed;
  • There is clear evidence of abuse of this guarantee, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles on the same product;
  • The purchase was made using a fraudulent or unauthorized payment method.

5. Access After a Refund

Once a refund is approved and processed, your access to the corresponding product is revoked, and you agree to delete any downloaded files. Continued use of a product after a refund is a breach of our Terms of Use.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement after we process the refund on our end.

7. Non-Refundable Items

Any bonus material explicitly marked as a non-refundable gift with purchase, and any custom or personalized service delivered before a refund request is submitted, are excluded from this guarantee.
